Codex Labs
Building Brand, Demand and Distribution in Ireland
Challenge: Codex Labs entered the Irish market with a strong product but no established presence, requiring trust-building and rapid development of brand awareness, credibility, and distribution channels.
Solution: YBL initiated a national launch event, convening press, influencers, and founder Barbara Paldus to establish early credibility and brand narrative. Breast Cancer Ireland
Deepening Connection Through Live Experience
Challenge: Breast Cancer Ireland plays a vital role in advancing awareness, research, and patient support in a country where approximately one in seven women will be diagnosed with breast cancer (with men also affected). While highly visible, the opportunity existed to deepen meaningful connection - engaging audiences in a more direct, personal, and impactful way beyond traditional digital channels.
Solution: YBL curated a considered integration of Breast Cancer Ireland into the Your Best Life experience across nine events, each bringing together hundreds of highly engaged women in a trusted, wellbeing-focused setting. The approach centred on three pillars: authentic storytelling through patient voices and research progress; informed engagement with dedicated stage moments to communicate key health messages; and meaningful dialogue in a live environment designed to foster openness and shared understanding.
Outcome: The partnership delivered sustained, high-quality engagement across all nine events, with attendees engaging directly with essential early-detection messaging and support. The consistent presence elevated Breast Cancer Ireland's position as a trusted, resonant voice within the Your Best Life community, while also contributing to critical fundraising efforts that support its ongoing work.

Killarney Races - Ladies Day 2025
Elevating Ladies Day to a Standout Moment on the Irish Social Calendar
Challenge: Killarney Races partnered with YBL to reimagine Ladies Day as a defining moment on the Irish social calendar - an experience designed not just to attract attention, but to build anticipation, relevance, and lasting cultural impact.
Solution: Across a two-week takeover, YBL delivered a fully integrated strategy spanning consultancy, creative, content, and performance marketing. We secured Best Dressed judges James Patrice and Lisa Jordan (1M+ combined social following), produced premium social assets, influencer activations, custom brand templates, professional event photography, and event highlight and vox pop videos. Paid media was executed end-to-end across strategy, creative, copy, and optimisation, with national and regional media coverage secured across Newstalk, Radio Kerry, EVOKE, RSVP, VIP Magazine, Irish Examiner and more.
Outcome: Ladies Day was elevated into a high-profile event with strong audience engagement and visibility. Commercial performance grew +48%, content views reached 864.9K (+64.5%), content interactions +105%, link clicks +473.8%, and new followers +697% - strengthening the event's positioning as a must-attend moment on the Irish social calendar.
